Terms of Service

1. Service Nature

CNHeal is a medical travel coordination service provider. We offer non-clinical support services including medical record translation, hospital recommendations, itinerary coordination, and accompaniment arrangements.

CNHeal does NOT provide any diagnosis, prescriptions, or medical treatment. All clinical decisions are made independently by licensed physicians at the receiving hospital.

2. Pricing Structure

Our services operate on a dual-track pricing model with strict three-way accounting separation:

• Subscription Fee: SaaS platform access and digital information services, billed overseas.
• Ground Service Fee: Airport pickup, interpreter, appointment coordination, billed domestically.
• Medical Fees: Paid directly by the patient to the hospital. CNHeal does not collect or take any commission on medical fees.

3. Refund Policy (Gradient)

• 14+ days before arrival: Full refund (minus admin fees and non-refundable deposits)
• 7-14 days before arrival: 80% refund
• Within 7 days of arrival: 50% refund
• Within 24 hours or no-show: No refund

Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days.

4. Disclaimer

All clinical activities are performed independently by licensed physicians at public hospitals. CNHeal bears no responsibility for medical outcomes, diagnostic accuracy, or treatment effectiveness.
